Refund policy
Returns
The period of our refund policy is till 30 days. In any case, your refund or exchange request crosses 30 days since your purchase; we would not be able to help you.
If you receive a defective product while buying from us, we will consider it eligible for exchange or refund. However, the product should be in its original packaging. We would require a receipt of your shopping as proof of purchase. Without this, we cannot perform the exchange or return procedure. We request you to please do not return the product to the manufacturer.
Refunds (if applicable)
After you apply for returning the purchase, we will inform you about receiving and inspecting that product. Plus, we will also notify you whether we approve your request for exchange or refund or not.
Your refund will be processed soon after you receive our email about the approval of your request. You will receive notification of credit on your credit card or the payment method you opt for while buying from us within a few days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
In cases where we approve your request, and you still could not see a refund after days, we suggest you first double-check your bank account.
Try to contact your credit card company, as they may take some time to post about your refund. There could be a delay in the bank process as well due to various reasons. Sale items (if applicable)
Please make a note of the fact that we only exchange or refund the regular-priced and not the sale items.
Exchanges (if applicable)
Items are replaced only in case of defects or damage. Feel free to email us at aussiepopcleaners@gmail.com for your exchange applications.
Shipping
For returning the product, submit a query/request using the contact form.
The expenses for shipping costs have to be borne by you. Please keep in mind that these shipping costs are non-refundable. The refund amount that you will receive will not include the cost of return shipping. The timing for it can vary as it highly depends on your geographical location.
